Request a Rental
The Broadway Recreation Center is a rental based facility. We rent out a well kept full court gymnasium. Each renter must provide a General Commercial Liability Insurance certificate naming MASD/BRC as Additionally Insured prior to approval.
Please fill out the rental request form below. A representative from the organization will be in contact with you to discuss your request and availability in the facility. If you have any additional questions, please call the office at the number listed below.
**No request is final until it is verified through phone or email.
Please note that the BRC is a Red Cross shelter for the citizens of Mesa, Arizona. The Broadway Recreation Center has the ability to cancel a rental if the building is needed by the Red Cross. The renter agrees that if the Red Cross needs to utilize the facility their rental can and will be canceled with as little as an hour notice.
